Coaching Support and Pricing

Regardless of package length all MTMM programs are fully tailored to your needs as an individual and include unlimited updates to ensure they always remain relevant, giving you the best chance of achieving both your short and long term goals

Unlike other nutritional coaching programs, understanding calories and macronutrients is not a prerequisite to getting started, but something that our coaches will begin to educate you on over your time together.

MTMM will never program in a manner that may jeopardize our clients long term health for short term success. It is imperative to understand that we are not in the business of ‘quick fixes’ and ‘crash diets’, instead focusing on supportive, sustainable, and lasting change, therefore, understand that opting for shorter package lengths will not necessarily fast track your success and an appropriate package to your goals should be selected.

What’s Included?

Each prospective coaching course starts with a 60 minute assessment, free of charge, to make sure the MTMM approach is the right fit.


These intakes cover:

  • Your unique health and performance goals and objectives

  • Full medical and medication history

  • Past dietary successes and failures

  • Current dietary audit

  • Review of activity levels

  • Training / Activity type, frequency and volume

  • Individual caloric and macronutrient needs

  • Work assessment including travel schedules, shift rotations and work functions

  • Sleep hygiene and recovery habits

  • Religious considerations as well as any other cultural or social/ family obligations

  • Current nutritional behaviours and practices.

  • Assessment of current ideals and relationship with food itself

The MTMM Program

MTMM is more than just macros or meal plans.

Our programs are presented to our clients in an actionable format which ensures confidence in execution, regardless of nutritional knowledge or experience.

After all, the only plan worth having, is the one that can be followed!

Each MTMM Program contains:

  • An easy to follow program with guidance provided into ‘how much’, ‘of what’ and ‘when’ to eat in accordance to your goals

  • Weekly check ins with your coach, alternating between email and video conference calling.

  • Unlimited email support, so that you feel confident that the steps you are taking are in the right direction and that you’re learning along the way

  • Assistance and ideas with meal prep, recipes and food preparation

  • Behavioural and environmental set up cues to make habit change and simply as possible

  • Program updates based on physiological and circumstantial changes

  • Sport specific and competition specific programming including tapering, loading, weight cutting and specific competition day outlines as necessary for the athlete and their sport.

Please note: Pricing is indicated in AUD and is inclusive of GST. We offer a 5% discount for support packages paid up front.
