Homemade Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
3 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
tiny pinch of sea salt
2 tablespoons plain yogurt (vegan or Greek dairy)
¼ cup frozen berries
½ cup milk (we like unsweetened almond milk)
maple syrup or other sweetener, to taste
fresh berries (blackberries mashed with a spoon are delish!), more shredded coconut etc, for topping.
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except the sweetener) in a jar or container with a lid. Stir to combine and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add a splash of almond milk if it’s too thick and top with sweetener and toppings of choice.
