Laura was a varsity athlete throughout high school and her undergraduate education but never paid much attention to nutrition. When she started her first corporate job out of university, the long hours and demanding environment left her with little time for the gym and a consistent diet of prepared food. 

She knew she needed to make a change to feel better but the endless number of ‘quick fixes’ and crash diets she tried left her more frustrated with little long term progress. It wasn’t until she shifted her mindset and began focusing on more whole foods, veggies and the power of movement that her life made a huge shift. 

Through this journey, she also discovered her passion for cooking, something she loves sharing with her clients and the MTMM community. She strives to help her clients let go of their food rules and ditch the bland food so they truly love what they eat each and every day. She works with each client’s individual needs to help them learn to make gourmet meals that are quick, easy and aligned to their goals. 

Laura is passionate about providing behavioural nutritional coaching that fits each client’s unique and individual needs. She knows the best diet is the one that works for you!

Laura works with her clients to identify and implement the foods, movement, behaviours, habits and routines that best align with their goals. She wants her clients to feel empowered with the knowledge they’ve been able to develop so they are confident in their decision making abilities in order to continue to progress long term.
