Ingredients:
1 scoop Paleoethics clean protein (or any beef serum protein, whey doesn’t work as well)
2 tbsp (30g) egg whites
30g almond milk (unsweetened)
7g almond butter
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Mix everything together in a mug
Microwave for 60 - 100 seconds depending on your microwave
That’s it!
Optional add ins: walnuts, vanilla yogurt and/or berries

Ingredients:
3/4 cup (175g) greek yogurt (plain, 2%)
1/4 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
1 tbsp almond butter
10g sunflower seeds
Cinnamon
Directions:
Mix the almond butter and protein together well
Top with berries, sunflower seeds and a bit of cinnamon!
