  • 1/2 cup beets

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup roasted sweet potato (100g raw)

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts (15g)

  • Chicken breast (100g raw)

Dressing

  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tsp mustard

  • 2 tsp maple syrup
