Carrot Cake Power Balls (GF, DF/Vegan)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (80g) nut butter

1 cup (100g) grated carrots

3 tbsp maple syrup

1 cup (90g) quick or rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Roll into 10 balls and refrigerate for 2+ hours

    Macros per ball: 144 calories, 4g protein, 14g carbs (2g fiber) and 8g fat
