A Balance of Discipline and Flexibility
"When I started working with MTMM, I was primarily interested in learning about how to fuel myself for energy and strength in the gym. I absolutely loved the templating, as it helped me to understand how nutrition fits together, every day, as a puzzle.
Last year was incredibly hectic for me and I discovered that I was able to reduce my stress by staying compliant through using the templates to plan and meal prep. I still find that if my food is planned and taken care of, then I can put my effort and energy elsewhere instead of worrying about what's for dinner. That being said, MTMM encourages both discipline and flexibility.
Maggie was incredibly supportive and responsive in helping me to navigate and modify based on the situation, including travelling and competing.
I find now that I am able to make better nutrition choices and track in my mind where food fits, based on what I have learned. I look forward to continuing the process and definitely feel that I have more ownership to understand how I can do this for myself, while knowing that MTMM will always be there for me.” - Lisa
